Michael C. Damm is a shareholder in Selikoff & Cohen. Michael was admitted to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars in 1981. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Villanova University in 1977, his Juris Doctor Degree from University of Bridgeport in 1980, and his Master of Law (LL.M.) degree from Villanova University in 1986. Michael represents employees in the areas of labor, employment and workers' compensation law. He manages the firm's workers' compensation practice. 

Michael is a member of the New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and American Bar Associations. Representative cases include Washington Tp. Ed. Ass'n. v. Washington Tp. BOE, 32 NJPER 131 (2006); Trionfo v. Glassboro BOE, C.D. 343-04, 19 Aug. 04; Berkebile v. South River BOE, C.D. 384-97, 28 Jul. 97; and Willingboro BOE v. Willingboro Ed. Ass'n., 23 NJPER 607 (1997).
