Employee Workers’ Compensation Claims
We also work with injured workers throughout the course of their workers’ compensation claims, helping them to maximize their benefits as efficiently as possible. We are passionate about getting injured workers the care they need and the benefits they deserve until they are able to return to work.
Attorney fees for workers’ compensation cases are set by law and are contingent upon the injured worker’s obtaining a settlement or an award. If there is no recovery, there is no attorney fee.
