Michael C. Damm is a shareholder in Selikoff & Cohen. Michael was admitted to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars in 1981. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Villanova University in 1977, his Juris Doctorate from University of Bridgeport in 1980, and his Master of Law (LL.M.) degree from Villanova University in 1986. Michael concentrates his practice in Labor and Employment Law and Workers’ Compensation.
Michael is a member of the New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and American Bar Associations. Representative cases include Berkebile v. South River BOE, C.D. 384-97, 28 Jul. 97; Trionfo v.
