Keith Waldman is a shareholder in Selikoff & Cohen. He was admitted to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars in 1989. He received his Bachelor of Arts in 1985 from the University of Virginia, studied at the University of Valencia, Spain from 1983 to 1984, and received his Juris Doctorate in 1988 from Rutgers University. Keith was the Business Editor of the Rutgers Law Journal from 1987-1988. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA), where from 2005-2007, he served on the Legislative Committee, and from 2005-present has served on the Employment Law Section Executive Committee. Keith is also a member of the American Bar Association and served as Editor-in-Chief of the NJSBA Labor and Employment Law Quarterly from 2005-2007.
Keith is co-author of chapter 19 of Employment Litigation in New Jersey (LexisNexis 2006). Keith is listed in the 2008, 2009 and 2011 editions of Super Lawyers®*. Representative cases include Camden Ed Ass'n. v Camden BOE, 32 NJPER 136 (2006); Hillsborough Ed. Ass'n. v. Hillsborough BOE, 32 NJPER 97 (2006); Lumberton Ed. Ass'n. v.
