Joel Selikoff is Of Counsel to the firm. The founding partner of the firm, Joel was admitted to the Bar in New Jersey in 1966 and in the District of Columbia in 1967. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1962 from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his Juris Doctorate in 1965 from Rutgers University Law School, Newark. Joel is a member of the New Jersey State and American Bar Associations, the American Association for Justice, and the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA), and NELA-NJ, NELA's New Jersey affiliate, where he is a member of the Executive Committee and a former officer. He is listed in Best Lawyers* in America^®, Best Lawyers^® in New Jersey, and Super Lawyers^®.

Representative cases include Dolan v. City of East Orange, 287 NJ Super 136 (App. Div. 1996) and Matter of Doyle, 201 N.J. Super. 347 (App. Div. 1985).
