We concentrate our practice in labor and employment matters in New Jersey, representing employees and unions in all aspects of federal and state labor law, including filing and litigating discrimination, wrongful termination, whistleblower, workers’ compensation, wage and hour claims, and defending disciplinary cases. Our clients include some of New Jersey’s largest public sector unions and their members.

We also represent clients in defending discrimination claims, enforcing and opposing restrictive covenants, and investigating claims of harassment both before and after litigation is threatened. Our attorneys have a combined total of more than 125 years of experience and have been responsible for precedent-setting case law in the areas of employment law and public sector labor law.
